Angela Waliszewski, MS, RDN

 Angela Waliszewski is a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with 15 years of experience in the field. She founded Daily Dietetics, LLC in 2014, and has her Masters in Sports Nutrition (MS), is FODMAP Certified, is a Mixed Martial Arts Certified Specialist (MMACS), and is also certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).

She has worked extensively with Kaiser Permanente, teaching nutrition college courses at Intellitec College, and has also found time to write articles in Health and wellness for Stars and Stripes, the Citizen, and has contributed numerous articles for MilitaryMoms.com. Angela also has a wide range of experience with pediatrics to geriatrics, special populations such as gastrointestinal disorders, public talks, weight loss support groups, and has worked extensively with the U.S. Military and Army Special Forces.

When Angela isn't working, she enjoys spending her time with family and friends, attending fitness classes- Barre and strength training, trying new recipes and specialty food products, keeping up to date with current nutrition trends, and challenging herself with the many hiking trails that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.

Kathleen Garvey, RDN


I am a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with a Certificate of Training in Weight Management. I received my Bachelor of Science degree and completed the Coordinated Program for my dietetic internships at Texas Christian University (go Horned Frogs!), but my love for cooking and passion for nutrition began many years before. I am a proud, born and raised Texan, but after living in my Hometown, Houston, for several years after school I decided the mountains were calling my name. So, I moved to beautiful Colorado with my Husband and our dog!

I have had the privilege of working in a variety of areas of Nutrition, such as, bariatrics, weight management, oncology, diabetes, renal and cardiovascular conditions.  My passion for nutrition began in my early years as I struggled with weight but learned the importance of healthy eating and exercise which lead me to becoming a Dietitian. Since then I have used my experience and passion to help clients reach their nutrition goals, whether it is for weight management, improving lab levels, or just wanting to improve their overall health. I believe in taking one small step at a time and encourage my clients to do just that when working to achieve their goals.  

I enjoy forming authentic relationships with clients and making positive changes in their lives. I am thrilled to be a part of the wonderful team at Daily Dietetics, LLC, and look forward to working with individuals and helping them to reach their nutrition goals.
